Technical Data Sheet Type: ESTANE庐 ZHF 92AT8 NAT 01 is a non-halogen, flame retardant, aromatic polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane. Application: Extrusion 鈥� Based on extruded strips 鈥� Prior to testing samples were conditioned at 23掳C for 24 hours 鈥� Listed values are 鈥渢ypical (average) values鈥� and should/can not be applied for specification purposes. Supply Form and Standard Packaging 鈥� ESTANE庐 ZHF 92AT8 NAT 01 is supplied in pellet form and packaged in 25 kg (x lb) bags or 700-800 kg boxes (xy lbs). Material Preparation 鈥� Prior to processing, ESTANE庐 ZHF 92AT8 NAT 01 must be dried at 100潞C for 3-4 hours. 鈥� It is recommended to dry the material in a vacuum or dehumidifying type dryer. Target dew point should be -40掳C. 鈥� Depending on the applied processing technique, the maximum moisture level should be 0.02%.
